Delete your account & data
You can delete your Pixel Art Heist account and its data at any time, with or without the app installed. Pick whichever route fits your situation.
1. Delete from inside the game
If you still have the app installed Fastest
- Open Pixel Art Heist and tap the gear icon to open Settings.
- Tap Delete my data.
- Confirm.
Your cloud save and account identifiers are deleted immediately on your device, and the request completes on our servers within 30 days.
2. Delete without the app installed
By email
Email us with the subject “Delete my account” from any address — it does not need to be one you have ever given us.

If you know them, please include:
- Your Google Play Games or Game Center player name
- Roughly when you last played
We may ask one or two questions solely to locate the right account. We hold no emails or names, so matching relies on platform IDs — which is also why these details help. We confirm completion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your cloud save — level progress, coins and lives, purchase state flags
- Your anonymous account and its identifiers
- The link between analytics/crash data and your identifiers. Event data becomes non-attributable and is retained only in aggregate; raw identifiable analytics ages out within 14 months regardless.
What we cannot delete
- Your app-store purchase history — this is held by Google or Apple under their own policies. We never had your payment details.
- Records we are required to keep for fraud, tax, or legal compliance, kept only as long as required.
- Data on your device — uninstalling the app removes it.
What deletion means
Deletion is permanent. Your progress and any purchased virtual items cannot be restored. This does not affect any statutory refund rights you may have.
The “no-ads” purchase is the exception: because it is tied to your store account rather than your game account, you can restore it with the store’s restore-purchases mechanism if you later reinstall.
